Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of heliconsolutions.net (the “Website”) and the software applications provided by Helicon Solutions LLC (“Helicon Solutions”, “we”, “us”), including our AI email assistant and other applications that integrate with Google services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Connecting your Google account
Certain Services require you to connect a Google account via Google OAuth and grant permissions such as reading, organizing, drafting and sending email. You authorize us to access and act on your Google data only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
4. AI-generated actions and content
The Services use artificial intelligence to summarize, categorize, draft and, where you have enabled it, send or organize emails on your behalf. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and configuring which actions the assistant may take automatically, and for all emails sent from your account through the Services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing or other deceptive communications;
- Violate any law, or infringe the rights, privacy or intellectual property of others;
- Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
- Violate Google’s terms or policies applicable to the connected Google services.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to your data, including your emails. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services to you. Our handling of personal data and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, the Website and their content, software and branding are owned by Helicon Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party services (such as Google, hosting and AI model providers). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helicon Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
